Registration forms and payment for the convention must be received by Sarah Villavicencio no later than Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026. There will be no refunds after October 1^st, 2026.

Exhibit Tables are $100.00 per table, includes two chairs. There will be electric wall outlets available for an additional $25.00 per table, but we ask that you bring your own extension cords and power strips if necessary. Let us know if you require the power outlet so that we can plan accordingly. Wi-Fi connection is also available.
